Excited about your upcoming Off-Campus Program? The Guarini Institute is excited, too! As you may know, we've partnered with Reach the World (RTW), a global education nonprofit based in New York City, to offer a select group of Dartmouth students abroad the opportunity to serve youth in the Upper Valley by sharing their journeys via virtual exchange.

Founded by Dartmouth alumna, Heather Halstead Gustafson '97, Reach the World makes the benefits of travel accessible to K-12 classrooms, inspiring students to become curious, confident and compassionate global citizens. Using RTW’s digital platform, classrooms and travelers explore the world together. As a volunteer traveler, you can help build the pipeline of youth prepared to travel abroad – just like you.

Reach the World will match you one-on-one with a classroom of students in the U.S. who will follow your journey online from early January 2018 – late February 2018. You will video conference at least three times with your students and must have reliable internet access. Visit the Reach the World website today at to learn more about the program.

Ready to embark? Apply online by Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Reach the World will notify selected applicants via email by December 21, 2017.
